1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. We accept cash, personal checks with a valid ID, credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover), Cherry, and CareCredit.
A surcharge of up to 3% applies to credit card payments. Debit cards and cash are not subject to this fee. We appreciate your understanding and your support of our private practice.
