Not only are they great with things like annual check-ups, but, on numerous occasions, they have been able to diagnose some issues we were having with our dog that our previous vet continued to misdiagnose. I went on a Saturday morning (busiest day), but still didn’t have to wait too long before being seen. I liked that a tech took my pup back to get his vitals while we waited for an available room, as that cut down on the appointment time. I can’t imagine having a greater experience than what I had when I dropped off my bunny. I was so nervous about driving far out of Wesley Chapel for a procedure that I was hoping would help my Max with his aggression. They checked in on me and let me know what was going on, and the communication was very responsive. Everyone was very nice and Dr. Davila assured me that everything was gonna go smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and comforting. My furbaby has such a sweet personality but can be such a goof. When he climbed up on the bench to get a better look at the staff behind the counter, they just laughed.
